I am Dean of the Sigmund Weis School of Business and a Professor of Economics at Susquehanna University. My research interests are in economic education, experimental auctions, and public policy and I am blessed to have a job that allows me to use my talents to help improve the world through my research, teaching, and through my role as dean.
Much of my recent research has focused on how to use innovative methods to reach students, whether through songs, movie or TV clips, or through pedagogical methods that help students succeed and increase graduation rates.
Other recent research has used experimental auctions to examine consumer demand and to think about public policy implications in areas of tobacco control, social media preferences, and vaccine incentives.
In my free time I love travel, spending time with family, attending live theatre, escape rooms, golf, poker, trivia, and more.
